James Russell - Change and Career Transition Coach

I support senior leaders navigate change, step into bigger roles and overcome the obstacles that hold them back.
Many of the people I work with are facing a significant transition. They may be moving into leadership for the first time, taking on greater responsibility, leading a growing team, managing organisational change, or simply recognising that the approaches that got them this far are no longer enough to take them where they want to go next.

Alex Sellers - Executive Coach

Alex is an executive coach, leadership consultant and founder of Blue Heron. He works with people who want to make a change, become more effective or find greater fulfilment in their work and lives. His coaching creates space to slow down, think differently and understand what may be getting in the way. Alex helps people build self-belief, see new possibilities and make choices that move them forward.
